Madison has good taste. The bold interior decor choices combine with stylish furnishings throughout make for a beautiful home. Madison rightly takes pride in this. And so the decision to invite tradesmen to install air conditioning units wasn’t taken lightly.
The challenge
Madison contacted Fresh because she was struggling to control the internal temperature of her home. Her house has the coveted quality of a south-facing garden. But the rear surface area has a lot of glass, which heats the air. The hot air is then trapped by the excellent home insulation. Great in winter. Intolerable in summer.
Madison works from home, and was finding it too warm for working during the day, and too uncomfortable to sleep at night.
The solution
We took the time to listen to Madison, her needs and concerns. We talked through various options, and to build her confidence we showed her pictures of our previous installations.
