When fitting out their new headquarters in Congleton, TMC were introduced to Fresh Mechanical through the contracting team leading the project. Sometimes it’s about everyone being in the right place at the right time.
The Challenge
TMC Strategic Communications is a full-service agency with expertise that spans strategy, creative, marketing, and digital — delivering campaigns, content, and platforms for clients across healthcare, technology, and manufacturing.
TMC needed a complete building services solution to manage heating, cooling, and ventilation across their new space. Key requirements included zoned climate control, fresh air circulation, and reliable temperature management for their server room.
The Solution
Fresh Mechanical designed and installed a tailored system to meet every requirement. Two Mitsubishi VRF systems with 23 indoor units were deployed to deliver efficient heating and cooling throughout the building.
A separate Mitsubishi split system was fitted to regulate conditions in the server room, helping to protect TMC’s critical infrastructure.
For ventilation, Mitsubishi Lossnay systems were installed across the main office areas to ensure a steady flow of fresh air. In the WCs and kitchenettes, a Systemair extract fan was added for effective air management.
TMC’s new HQ now benefits from reliable, energy-efficient climate control and significantly improved air quality. The system was delivered on time and fully tailored to their operational needs.
